Role Summary: On-site Assistant supporting the manufacturing team focused on innovative, sustainable flexible packaging.

- Coordinate daily production activities and provide operational support to manufacturing.
- Maintain accurate quality and safety documentation.
- Assist with inventory and materials flow for films, pouches, and bags.
- Enter production data and prepare basic reports.
- Support communication between operations, maintenance, and quality teams.
- Strong attention to detail for documentation, data entry, and quality expectations.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and contribute to a safety-first culture.
- Comfort working collaboratively across teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to learn advanced materials, lean practices, and continuous improvement methods.
