Job Description:

AMS Staffing, Inc. is seeking a skilled Marketing Director to join one of its clients in its personal injury practice. The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience in a law firm managing all aspects of marketing. This role will primarily focus on digital marketing but may tap into other marketing roles such as print, and other creatives. The ideal candidate will have experience with digital mediums, tracking incoming leads, trends, and growth, as well as a macro review of marketing operations with the ability to optimize resources.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience with Meta/Google;
• B2C experience;
• Law firm experience;
• Experience with building out marketing platforms;
• Experience with creating digital ads;
• Print media;
• Creation of marketing materials for disbursement.

Experience:

• 5+ years in marketing with a particular emphasis on law firm materials.
