Key Responsibilities

Assess, plan, and implement complex nursing care for critically ill patients.
Manage ventilators and hemodynamic monitoring, ensuring patient stability.
Administer IV medications and monitor responses and complications.
Respond promptly to emergencies and changing clinical conditions.
Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate care.
Educate patients and families on care plans, treatments, and recovery needs.
Support a mission-driven culture focused on compassion, safety, and clinical excellence.

Qualifications & Skills

Current RN licensure and ability to deliver ICU-level care.
Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and rapid response skills.
Proficiency with ventilator support and hemodynamic monitoring.
Knowledge of IV medication administration and vigilant patient monitoring.
Effective communication and teamwork across care disciplines.
Compassionate patient and family education skills.
