Modern Workplace Engineering Manager

We are looking for a technically skilled and people-focused engineering manager to lead the development, operation, and continuous improvement of enterprise Modern Workplace services. In this role, you will manage a team of engineers and administrators while providing hands-on technical leadership across Microsoft 365, endpoint management, collaboration, identity, security, and automation. You will translate strategic priorities into actionable technical roadmaps, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable technology solutions. Working closely with cross-functional IT teams and senior leadership, you will drive operational excellence, strengthen engineering standards, and improve service delivery.
