Staff RN – Neuro Spine Unit
Provide comprehensive acute care nursing for patients with neurological and spine conditions, including post-operative management. Perform ongoing assessment and monitoring, develop and implement nursing care plans, administer medications, and deliver patient education.

Key Duties
- Conduct patient assessments and continuous monitoring
- Administer medications and provide post-op care
- Create, update, and execute individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on care and recovery
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Registered Nurse (RN) with acute care experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and prioritization skills
- Proficient medication administration and care coordination
- Effective communication and compassionate, patient-centered care
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
