The Springs at Whitefish | Whitefish, Montana

Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM | Rotating 4 Days On, 2 Days Off

While our residents sleep, our overnight Caregivers play an essential role in ensuring they remain safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

The Springs at Whitefish is looking for compassionate, dependable, and dedicated individuals to join our Health Services team as Overnight Caregivers supporting our Assisted Living and Memory Care residents.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working overnight, values meaningful connections with seniors, and takes pride in providing attentive, personalized care.

What You'll Do

As an Overnight Caregiver, you'll help ensure our Assisted Living and Memory Care residents receive the support, comfort, and assistance they need throughout the night.

Responsibilities Include

• Assist residents with activities of daily living according to their individualized service plans.
• Respond promptly and compassionately to resident call lights and requests for assistance.
• Provide personal care, including toileting, repositioning, dressing, and other overnight needs.
• Monitor resident safety, comfort, and well-being throughout the shift.
• Provide individualized support to residents living with dementia, using patience, understanding, and appropriate communication techniques.
• Recognize and communicate changes in resident conditions, behaviors, needs, or preferences to the appropriate supervisor.
• Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Work collaboratively with fellow Caregivers, Med Techs, and nursing leadership to provide consistent, high-quality care.
• Respect and protect resident dignity, privacy, and confidentiality at all times.

Previous caregiving or memory care experience is preferred but not required. We provide training to help you succeed!

Applicants must be able to pass required pre-employment background checks and screenings.
