- Supervise associates and provide training and support
- Assist with sales performance and customer service
- Maintain store merchandising standards and overall presentation
- Ensure accurate cash handling and accountability
- Keep the store safe, secure, and compliant with safety practices
- Manage opening and closing responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, fully staffed environment
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Trustworthy cash handling and attention to detail
- Practical knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and store safety
- Ability to ensure readiness and organization throughout the shift
