Role Description The Nightclub Entrance Staff role is a contract, on-site position based in Miami Beach, FL. This role is responsible for scanning in ticketed guests, managing line flow and ensuring an organized and efficient entry process. The role also involves monitoring entrance areas for safety and cleanliness and promptly escalating any issues to supervisors.

Nightclub Entrance Staff are expected to maintain a professional, friendly demeanor and support a positive guest experience throughout their shift.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and politely in a crowded, high-energy environment.
• Experience in the hospitalty or special event industry, guest check-in, or front-of-house roles.
• Comfort working standing for extended periods and collaborating with security and other staff under time pressure.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional, with strong teamwork skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions from supervisors.
• Availability to work late nights, Miami Music Week in March and holiday weekends as needed; previous experience in Miami nightlife is a plus but not required.
• Must be proficient in English. Additional languages are a plus (spanish, portuguese, italian etc)
