is actively hiring professional and reliable Retail Security Officers to support high-end retail locations across the

BAY AREA / SACREMENTO AREA.

We are seeking

ON CALL

Armed &

Unarmed guards

who are comfortable in customer-facing environments and can maintain a strong security presence.

You will be a part of a 5–10-man team to ensure NO shifts are left open.

Responsibilities

Maintain a visible presence to deter theft and ensure safety

Monitor store activity and identify suspicious behavior

Provide Customer Service while enforcing store policies

Respond to Incidents, de-escalate situations and document reports

Work closely with store management and IPS leads.

Requirements

Valid BSIS Guard Card (Required)

Valid Exposed Firearm Permit (Required for Armed Positions)

Reliable Transportation

Strong Communication and Professionalism

Ability to stand/walk for extended period

TEAMWORK

Schedule & Availability

Reliable Transportation is required

Work with Area Manager and coverage team to ensure NO OPEN SHIFTS

Must be open to varied schedules based on client needs

Compensation

Competitive Hourly Pay (Based on experience and Licensing)

Unarmed: $24/hr

Armed: $33/hr
