Job Description

Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN OR)

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care as an essential member of the surgical team in a state-of-the-art operating room environment.

Assist surgeons and collaborate with anesthesiologists and other healthcare professionals to support successful surgical outcomes.
Prepare the operating room and ensure readiness of supplies, equipment, and sterile field practices.
Assess patients, monitor condition as appropriate, and help maintain safe perioperative care.
Implement evidence-based OR nursing practices to support procedures and patient safety.
Coordinate with the surgical team to maintain effective communication and quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills

Current RN licensure with OR/perioperative experience or strong OR readiness.
Knowledge of sterile technique, surgical workflow, and perioperative safety.
Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and ability to perform in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and patient-focused care skills.
