Paul Davis Restoration is currently seeking an experienced, high-energy, and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee, optimize, and scale our day-to-day restoration operations. In this role, you will lead our emergency mitigation and reconstruction teams, ensuring that jobs are completed safely, profitably, and on time. You will act as the operational bridge between project managers, field crews, subcontractors, insurance adjusters, and property owners to provide seamless, high-quality restoration.

Here at Paul Davis, we are dedicated to providing extraordinary care while serving people in their time of need by delivering what we promise, respecting the individual, having pride in what we do, and practicing continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Manage and scale all daily mitigation, remediation, and reconstruction operations from initial customer intake to project wrap-up.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and hold project managers, crew chiefs, and technicians accountable for performance, safety, and compliance.
  • Financial & Budget Oversight: Monitor job costing, budgets, timeliness, and financial metrics to minimize margin leakage and protect profitability.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure all field teams enforce rigorous safety protocols (OSHA) and industry restoration guidelines.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as an escalation point to quickly resolve complex concerns from property owners or insurance partners.
  • Customer & Client Relations: Ensure clear, continuous communication between customers, clients, and internal operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3-5 years of operations or production management experience within the restoration, construction, or commercial facilities industry.
  • Certifications: IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT) and OSHA safety certifications are highly preferred.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency with industry-standard estimating and management software (e.g, Xactimate, Restoration Manager, Encircle).
  • Leadership Traits: Excellent problem-solving abilities, high urgency, conflict resolution skills, and a proven track record of managing crews under pressure.
  • Screening: Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and pass a background check and drug screen.

Physical Demands & Availability

  • Ability to occasionally walk, stand, bend, or climb on job sites.
  • Willingness to travel locally between client locations.
  • Flexibility to handle or oversee emergencies outside of standard office hours.

If you demand more from yourself than others demand from you, this is the place for you. We recognize the hard work and integrity of each employee and work to provide an engaging environment where the team can be successful. On-site training is provided.

Job Type: Full-Time
