Oracle Fusion HCM & Payroll Implementation

Client: Logistics Client Location: Remote, occasional onsite in Jacksonville, FL

Contract: 6 months plus

Rate: $55/hr on W2 (with no benefits)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (Techno Functional) to support an ongoing Oracle Fusion implementation, with a primary focus on Oracle Payroll within Oracle Fusion HCM. This role will work closely with business and technical teams to translate payroll requirements into system solutions and help drive implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.

Required Experience

• Oracle Fusion Payroll: Direct, hands-on experience implementing Oracle Fusion Payroll, including payroll setup, configuration, testing, and issue resolution.
• Oracle Fusion HCM: Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and its integration with payroll processes.
• Implementation Delivery: Participation in one or more Oracle Fusion HCM/Payroll implementations, ideally through requirements, design, testing, and go-live.
• U.S. Payroll: Knowledge of U.S. payroll regulations, payroll processing, and complex payroll configurations.

Additional Technical Skills

• Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and its integration with Payroll
• HCM Data Loader (HDL) for data conversion, migration, and loading
• BI Publisher for payroll-related reports
• Oracle Payroll Fast Formulas for configuration and troubleshooting

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll.
• Partner with payroll, HR, functional, and technical stakeholders to support implementation activities.
• Analyze payroll processes, identify gaps, and recommend system solutions.
• Support configuration, data migration, integrations, test scenarios, UAT, and go-live readiness.
• Investigate issues, document resolutions, and assist with post-implementation stabilization.

Ideal Candidate

A hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM Techno Functional professional with proven Oracle Payroll implementation experience who can bridge business payroll requirements and technical delivery. General HCM or payroll experience alone is not a substitute for direct Oracle Fusion Payroll implementation work.
