Role Description The Order Selector is a full-time, on-site role based in Las Vegas, NV, responsible for accurately selecting and assembling customer orders in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment. Day-to-day tasks include locating products, picking items according to order sheets, palletizing and wrapping orders for shipment, and staging them for loading. The role involves operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, following safety and food handling guidelines, and maintaining clean, organized work areas. Order Selectors collaborate with warehouse team members and supervisors to meet productivity, accuracy, and service standards, and may assist with inventory counts and product checks as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, with relevant experience or certification in Forklift Operation.
• Skills in Order Picking and Palletizing, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and proper stacking to minimize product damage.
• Experience in the Food Service or food distribution environment, with understanding of basic food safety and handling practices.
• Strong attention to detail, basic math skills for counting and verifying orders, and the ability to follow written pick tickets or digital order systems.
• Capability to perform physically demanding work, including standing for long periods, lifting, bending, and working in refrigerated or freezer areas.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and ability to work flexible hours or overtime as business needs require.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse warehouse and logistics teams.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior warehouse or distribution experience is beneficial.
