Vault Spray Foam is a family-owned, premium spray foam insulation company based in Birmingham, AL. We have certified technicians, new equipment, and an unconditional lifetime workmanship guarantee. We're expanding into Huntsville and building a dedicated custom-home builder program there.

The Role- Builder Relations Specialist, Custom Homes 

You will be our first builder-focused hire in Huntsville, building relationships with custom-home builders from first conversation through finished job. This role is home-based in the Huntsville area, with field visits to job sites and builders, and occasional travel to the Birmingham area. You'll start with [2-3 weeks] of paid onboarding in Birmingham to learn our product, crews, and process.

This role is based in the Huntsville area. Candidates also living in Cullman, Madison, Decatur, Hartselle, Athens, and surrounding North Alabama are welcome to apply. 

What You'll Do

- Build a book of custom-home builders across the Huntsville market

- Start conversations through calls, emails, and job-site visits

- Meet with builders, learn their schedules and specs, and present Vault

- Work with our estimating team to deliver accurate, on-time bids

- Stay with each account through scheduling, install, and follow-up

- Track every contact and opportunity in our CRM

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of B2B or field sales, ideally calling on builders or contractors (building products, supply, roofing, HVAC, windows, flooring, cabinetry, or similar)

- Existing builder contacts in the Huntsville market are a plus

- Comfortable making outbound calls and starting conversations with new people every day

- Organized, self-motivated, and dependable working on your own

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- Spray foam experience is NOT required. We will teach you the product.
