Job Description
Provide customer-focused, safety-first sales service for residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical solutions.
Key Duties
- Run preset and self-generated customer appointments and perform in-home consultations.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate repair and replacement options.
- Prepare accurate estimates and explain available financing options.
- Present solutions clearly and close sales while maintaining a high standard of customer care.
- Deliver a positive, trustworthy experience throughout the sales process.
- Proven ability to consult with customers and drive sales outcomes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with comfort in explaining options and pricing.
- Detail-oriented mindset for producing accurate estimates.
- Customer-first attitude and commitment to safety and professionalism.
- Comfort working in the field and managing appointments independently.
