Part-Time & Full-Time Sales, Quotes & Order Entry

Unicorp Electronic Hardware & Fasteners (Orange, NJ near West Orange, NJ border) is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to join our office team on a part-time or full-time basis.

We are a local manufacturing company looking for 3–4 mature, reliable people for part-time or full-time roles in our sales office. This role offers steady work, a respectful workplace, and a flexible schedule that leaves plenty of time for life outside the office.

What you’ll do:

·        Prepare customer quotes for electronic hardware, fasteners, and related components

·        Enter and process orders accurately

·        Communicate with customers and suppliers by phone and email

·        Maintain order and quote records in our computer system

·        Support general office duties as needed

What we’re looking for:

·        Strong computer skills (comfortable with email, spreadsheets, and data entry)

·        Good attention to detail and accuracy

·        Clear communication skills

·        Previous experience in order entry, customer service, or a related office role is helpful but not

required — we are willing to train the right person

·        Reliable and able to work independently in a fast-paced office environment

Compensation: Salary based on previous experience.

This is a part-time or full-time position with opportunities to learn the industrial hardware and fastener business.
