Overview

The Pediatric Lab Supervisor oversees daily laboratory operations supporting pediatric care. This role combines clinical laboratory experience, team leadership, and laboratory management to help ensure testing and vaccine-related processes follow applicable requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise laboratory staff and coordinate day-to-day workflows, procedures, and testing.
• Support laboratory compliance with CLIA and COLA requirements, as well as applicable TVFC regulations.
• Oversee medical laboratory equipment and help ensure it is used according to established procedures.
• Support processes involving pediatric vaccines, including private vaccine stock.
• Your impact: Consistent oversight helps care teams access reliable laboratory testing and manage pediatric vaccine processes in accordance with applicable requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of clinical laboratory experience
• Team leadership skills and knowledge of laboratory procedures, tests, and medical laboratory equipment.
• Knowledge of CLIA, COLA, and TVFC regulations, laboratory compliance, and pediatric vaccines, including private stock vaccines.
• Familiarity with HIPAA requirements.
