Pharmacist – Long-Term Care (Eastern North Carolina)

We’re hiring a Pharmacist for a high-volume long-term care pharmacy operation serving 100+ facilities across eastern North Carolina. This is not retail. You’ll work with automated DOSIS dispensing systems on batch processing, quality assurance, and multi-facility order fulfillment.

What you’ll do

• Operate and oversee DOSIS automated dispensing machines for high-volume medication batch processing
• Review, verify, and release orders for accuracy and compliance
• Support sorting, packaging, and delivery logistics for multi-facility distribution
• Maintain strong QA standards and help identify process improvements
• Collaborate with the team on workflow efficiency for overnight and daytime production runs

What we’re looking for

• Active North Carolina pharmacist license
• Experience in retail, hospital, or long-term care pharmacy
• Comfort with high-volume production and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
