Physical Therapist (Outpatient)
Provide evidence-based, personalized outpatient physical therapy in a patient-first setting. Evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver care to support recovery from injury, surgery, and chronic conditions. Focus on restoring function, mobility, and independence, while guiding patients through their rehabilitation goals.

- Conduct patient evaluations and assessments
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans
- Treat conditions to improve strength, movement, and daily function
- Educate and coach patients to help them achieve rehabilitation goals
- Collaborate with a clinical team to support care quality and outcomes
- Licensed Physical Therapist with strong clinical judgment
- Evidence-based approach to assessment and treatment
- Ability to individualize care plans and communicate effectively
- Commitment to patient-centered care, respect, teamwork, and continuous learning
