Job Description

Role:

Physical Therapist providing evidence-based, personalized outpatient care in a patient-first setting within Healthcare & Medical Services.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients to determine needs related to injury, surgery recovery, and chronic conditions.
Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans to restore function, mobility, and independence.
Guide patients through rehabilitation goals and support progress toward improved quality of life.
Collaborate with a supportive clinical team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
Apply clinical excellence, respect, and teamwork in daily practice.

Qualifications & Skills:

Licensed Physical Therapist with strong clinical assessment and therapeutic planning skills.
Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care and clear guidance for recovery.
Sound knowledge of evidence-based physical therapy interventions.
Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with the clinical team.
