Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with diverse patient populations, particularly in a home health setting (preferred).
