  • Hands-on experience with AWS (preferred), or other major cloud providers such as GCP or Azure.
  • Strong Kubernetes and containerization experience.
  • Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code technologies such as Terraform and Helm.
  • Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Solid understanding of distributed systems and scalability challenges.
  • Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
  • Familiarity with deployment safety practices, testing strategies, and rollback mechanisms.
  • Experience supporting highly available production systems.
  • Ability to contribute to architecture and infrastructure design decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have Experience

  • Exposure to regulated cloud environments such as FedRAMP.
  • Experience with progressive deployment techniques including canary releases.
  • Experience supporting high-availability systems with stringent uptime requirements.
  • Familiarity with modern AI/LLM tools that improve engineering productivity and software delivery.

Professional Attributes

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
  • Able to balance operational excellence with delivery speed.
  • Passionate about reliability, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Why Join?

  • Recently funded Series C company experiencing significant growth.
  • Opportunity to work on technology impacting critical infrastructure at a national scale.
  • Complex technical challenges involving cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and real-time operations.
  • Highly collaborative engineering culture with strong technical leadership.
