Job Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable cloud infrastructure solutions to support Blink Health’s software products.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless code integration and deployment.
• Monitor system performance and implement optimization strategies to enhance application uptime and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adopt and promote DevOps best practices across the organization.
• Automate manual processes to increase efficiency and reduce the risk of human error.
• Oversee incident management and service recovery efforts, ensuring quick resolution and documentation of issues.
• Conduct regular assessments of system architecture and recommend improvements to infrastructure and processes.
• Mentor junior DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of learning and professional development within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in DevOps engineering or similar roles with a focus on large-scale cloud environments.
• Proficiency in both Linux and Windows environments, with advanced scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages.
• Strong experience with cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of container orchestration and management tools, such as Kubernetes or Docker.
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
