Overview

As a Principal DevOps Engineer at Stealth Startup, you will take a leading role in shaping our cloud infrastructure and deployment processes, ensuring that our systems are scalable, reliable, and efficient. Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to facilitate rapid and reliable software delivery.
• Collaborate with software engineers to build and maintain a robust infrastructure that supports smooth application deployment.
• Monitor system performance and availability, diagnosing and fixing issues as they arise.
• Establish and enforce DevOps best practices and coding standards across teams.
• Automate manual processes using scripts, orchestration tools, and other technologies.
• Manage container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes and Docker.
• Ensure security and compliance of deployment processes and infrastructure configurations.
• Lead efforts for continuous improvement, exploring new tools and techniques to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in DevOps or related positions.
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.
• Experience with monitoring tools and frameworks such as Prometheus, Grafana, or DataDog.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
