Job Overview

As a Principal Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) focusing on AI Security at Jobot, you will assume a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our AI-driven applications and systems. Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain robust and scalable systems to support AI application deployments.
• Develop and manage monitoring systems to proactively identify and resolve issues impacting system reliability and security.
• Automate operational processes to streamline deployments and enhance performance in the AI ecosystem.
• Collaboration with software development teams to integrate SRE best practices into the product lifecycle.
• Conduct root cause analysis for outages, addressing potential issues before they impact services.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices specific to AI technology and infrastructure.
• Lead incident response efforts and post-mortems, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior SREs and other team members on SRE methodologies and AI security concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or related roles.
• Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Deep understanding of AI/ML systems and their deployment challenges.
• Experience with automation tools and configuration management (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet).
• Proficient in programming/scripting languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
• Strong knowledge of security best practices and tools within AI environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
