Overview

The Principal Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at Jobot will play a pivotal role in ensuring the security, stability, and scalability of AI-powered applications within a startup environment. Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage robust security protocols for AI-driven systems.
• Monitor and maintain the infrastructure to ensure optimum functionality and uptime.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and mitigate risks in AI applications.
• Automate manual processes to increase efficiency and reduce human error.
• Conduct performance analysis and capacity planning to support scaling requirements.
• Participate in incident response and problem resolution efforts.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, processes, and procedures.
• Mentor and guide junior SRE team members to foster a culture of learning and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of network security protocols and measures in a cloud environment.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Go, or Bash.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience in using monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or similar.
• Solid foundational knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and their security implications is strongly preferred.
