Product Manager - HealthTech - New York

3x per week onsite Manhattan

The Opportunity:

This Product Manager position sits within a Series B HealthTech scale-up that's transforming how specialist healthcare providers operate through innovative software.

The business is building technology that connects clinical workflows, patient engagement and practice operations, helping healthcare providers deliver better care while improving efficiency and scalability.

They're now looking for an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of multiple products, drive product strategy and work closely with Engineering, Data Science and senior leadership to turn complex challenges into scalable solutions.

What you'll be doing:

• Own product strategy, vision and roadmap across multiple core products.
• Lead the full product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements through development, launch and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with Engineering and Data Science teams to deliver high-quality, scalable technology.
• Define and track KPIs, using data and user insights to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align product priorities with wider business objectives.
• Balance competing priorities, manage delivery timelines and make pragmatic decisions in a fast-moving environment.

Experience we are looking for:

• 5+ years' experience in Product Management, ideally within HealthTech or healthcare technology / EHR.
• A proven track record of launching and scaling complex, technical products.
• A strong understanding of software development and data-driven product decision-making.
• Experience working closely with Engineering and Data Science teams.
• Ideally, experience within a high-growth, Series A/B start-up environment.
• A STEM degree or equivalent technical background.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
