Status, Risk, Issue, and Change Management

  • Prepare detailed weekly project status reports using the State’s project management tool.

  • Facilitate monthly risk meetings unless otherwise approved by the State.
  • Maintain decision and action-item logs.
  • Evaluate proposed changes affecting scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, resources, or project outcomes.

  • Facilitate risk and issue reviews, status meetings, backlog grooming sessions, release planning meetings, change reviews, and other project meetings.
  • Prepare meeting agendas at least 24 hours before meetings and distribute meeting minutes within 24 hours after meetings.
  • Capture and communicate decisions, issues, risks, and action items through the State-designated project repository.

Documentation and Project Closeout

  • Organize and archive project artifacts in the State-designated document repository.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure adherence to approved planning materials.
  • Conduct lessons-learned activities and prepare a lessons-learned report.
