Job Description
In this role, you'll be a key resource for our onsite teams-maintaining our Yardi database, assisting with Deposit Accounting, and providing help desk and training support. If you know Yardi, understand property operations, and enjoy solving problems and helping others succeed, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Support Yardi users through help desk requests and training
- Maintain the Yardi database system, workflows, and user security
- Assist with Deposit Accounting and database management
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve systems and processes
- Experience with Yardi Property Management software is a requirement (PayScan a plus)
- Deposit Accounting
- Knowledge of accounting principles and multifamily operations
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work both independently and collaboratively
- (Preferred) Familiarity with LIHTC and Section 8 programs
