Overview

As a QA Automation Engineer at Accord Technologies Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and performance of our software products. Job Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard frameworks.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and translate them into testing scenarios.
• Participate in design and code reviews to provide feedback from a quality perspective.
• Monitor and report on automated test results, highlighting areas for improvement.
• Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate defect management tools.
• Continuously improve the existing automation framework and processes.
• Educate team members on automation best practices and testing methodologies.
• Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in software quality assurance, specifically in automation testing.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or JUnit.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices, such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
