Position Overview

As a QA Automation Engineer at DMI (Digital Management, LLC), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications through the development and execution of automated test scripts. • Identify, record, and track defects using issue tracking tools, providing detailed reports to assist in troubleshooting.
• Perform regression testing, performance testing, and load testing to ensure application stability.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on improvements to code quality and testing approaches.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in test automation and recommend enhancements to existing frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation.
• Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of programming languages like Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
