Job Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on system requirements and design specifications.
• Identify, document, and track software defects, as well as work closely with developers to facilitate timely resolutions.
• Perform regression and performance testing to ensure stability and performance of applications post-deployment.
• Conduct thorough end-to-end testing of new features and applications, ensuring they meet operational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices in testing and quality assurance are adhered to throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Utilize automation testing tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality from a testing perspective.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing processes.
• Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools such as JIRA or TestRail.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
