Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for new and existing software applications.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and system testing to identify potential quality issues.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to understand system requirements and ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Utilize automated testing tools and frameworks to streamline testing processes.
• Document and track defects, and communicate issues to the development team for prompt resolution.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving testing standards and processes.
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate post-deployment functionality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in automated testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and experience with database testing.
