Job Description
Serve buyers and sellers in a local market, delivering exceptional client service while building and managing a real estate business.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and manage leads using MLS, CRM, and digital marketing tools
- Conduct listing presentations and advise clients on pricing strategies
- Show and market properties; schedule and host viewings
- Guide clients through offers, negotiations, inspections, and closings
- Maintain organized pipelines and strong communication throughout the transaction
- Represent the brand ethically and responsibly in the community
- Strong local market knowledge and ability to price and position properties effectively
- Excellent client-facing communication, negotiation, and sales skills
- Proficiency with MLS/CRM and digital marketing platforms
- High ethical standards, professionalism, and community engagement
- Motivated, collaborative, and coachable with a focus on long-term success
