About The Role

The role owns full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, and go-to-market hires, partnering directly with hiring managers to scope roles, build sourcing strategies, and close top candidates in a competitive market.

This is a high-impact position on a growing people team: the recruiter will shape pipeline strategy, improve funnel metrics, and deliver a candidate experience that strengthens the company's employer brand at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for 8-15 concurrent requisitions, from intake through offer negotiation and close
Partner with hiring managers to write role specs, define interview scorecards, and calibrate on candidate profiles
Source passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, Gem/Ashby, and referral programs, with a focus on engineering and technical sales roles
Run structured phone screens and coordinate interview loops with hiring panels across engineering, product, and revenue teams
Own candidate experience end-to-end: consistent communication, tight feedback loops, and offer management through close
Track and report pipeline metrics — time-to-fill, source mix, and stage conversion — and use the data to improve the funnel
Contribute to employer-brand initiatives, including career-page content, outreach templates, and event-based sourcing

What We Are Looking For

3-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in-house or agency, ideally at high-growth technology companies
Proven track record closing engineering and technical talent; comfort discussing technical roles with hiring managers and candidates
Advanced sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean/X-ray search, and at least one ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or similar)
Strong data fluency: comfortable building funnel reports and making pipeline decisions based on conversion metrics
Excellent stakeholder management and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Bonus: Experience with high-volume hiring, immigration coordination (H-1B/O-1), or building sourcing functions from scratch
