Job Description

ICU Registered Nurse provides expert, compassionate care for critically ill adults in a high-acuity intensive care unit.

Key Duties Include

Perform continuous patient assessments and monitor for rapid changes in condition.
Manage advanced life-support needs, including ventilators and complex IV infusions (“drips”).
Respond promptly and appropriately to clinical emergencies and evolving patient status.
Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary care team to deliver coordinated care.
Educate and advocate for patients and families, supporting informed decision-making.
Maintain accurate, complete electronic documentation and comply with clinical standards.

Qualifications/skills

Registered Nurse with ICU experience and strong critical care nursing judgment.
Proficiency in ventilator management and titration/monitoring of complex infusions.
Excellent assessment skills, attention to detail, and ability to act quickly under pressure.
Strong teamwork and communication skills, including patient and family education.
