Graduate Nurse (RN Residency)

Transition from student to professional nurse through a structured program combining guided clinical practice, preceptorship, and classroom learning. Provide direct patient care with experienced support from RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams.

Key Duties

Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care
Perform patient assessments and communicate findings
Administer medications safely and accurately
Document patient care and updates in the EHR
Use critical thinking and clinical prioritization to support patient needs

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate nurse with readiness to learn and develop professional clinical skills
Strong fundamentals in patient assessment and medication administration
Ability to document effectively in an electronic health record
Commitment to teamwork, collaboration, and diversity
