Job Title: Remote Bilingual MA (English/Spanish)

We are seeking a bilingual Medical Assistant to support patients and healthcare providers in a remote setting. This full-time position requires fluency in both English and Spanish and offers a Monday–Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST) schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Gather patient information before provider appointments.
• Record symptoms, concerns, and medical updates in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Assist patients with reporting home-monitored vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, blood glucose, temperature, and weight.
• Review medications, allergies, medical history, and recent treatments with patients.
• Support patients in using home monitoring devices when needed.
• Ensure patient records remain accurate and up to date.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of Medical Assistant experience in a clinical or remote environment.
• Fluent English and Spanish communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with patients by phone and documenting information accurately.
• Experience with EHR systems is preferred.

Certifications:

One of the following is preferred:

1. CMA
2. CCMA
3. RMA
4. CNA
5. Other relevant healthcare certifications or equivalent experience
