About the Opportunity:

The REMOTE CENTRAL RESERVATIONS AGENT is responsible for managing guest reservations across multiple hospitality properties, ensuring accurate booking and exceptional customer service. This role impacts revenue by optimizing room bookings and enhancing guest satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Create and accept reservations through various channels following established protocols
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries with accurate information and personalized recommendations
• Handle guest complaints professionally, accommodating special requests and escalating as needed
• Communicate with travel partners including Online Travel Agencies and tour operators
• Process gift certificate orders when applicable
• Adhere to safety, security, and financial procedures related to reservations
• Collaborate professionally with colleagues and supervisors
• Coordinate with sales and property management regarding group bookings and billing

Requirements:

• Strong customer service, sales, and communication skills
• Proficiency in verbal and written English
• Preferred experience in front desk or hotel reservations
• Effective organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Wage range: $18 to $20 per hour, plus monthly incentives
