Optomi is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Senior Cloud Network Engineer (EST) to join our dynamic team. Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement network solutions for cloud environments using industry best practices.
• Manage and optimize cloud network performance and security.
• Collaborate with software development teams to ensure seamless integration of services.
• Monitor network health and implement improvements as necessary to enhance service delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering, specifically within cloud environments.
• Proficiency in networking technologies such as VPN, DNS, DHCP, and load balancing.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong understanding of security protocols and methodologies including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and encryption.

• Relevant certifications such as CCNP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent are preferred.

Technologies & Tools
