Job Description
Deliver an upbeat, accurate, and friendly guest experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Key Duties
- Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Take orders and enter them accurately into the POS system.
- Process cash and card transactions with attention to detail.
- Assemble and hand out orders as needed.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming dining and front counter area.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
- Collaborate with a high-energy team to support smooth service.
- Strong customer service and hospitality skills.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort using a POS system and handling payments.
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive, energetic attitude.
- Basic understanding of cleanliness and food safety expectations.
