Job Description
Provide guest-first support in a fast-paced, guest-facing restaurant environment. You will greet and seat guests, manage reservations and waitlists, and help ensure smooth front-of-house service.
Key Duties
- Welcome guests, answer questions, and provide helpful information
- Seat guests and coordinate party flow to support service speed and accuracy
- Manage reservations and waitlists, ensuring efficient guest handling
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to support seamless service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining and host area
- Handle basic payment or check inquiries as needed
- Strong customer service mindset with professional, friendly communication
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Team-oriented approach and comfort coordinating with multiple roles
- Attention to detail and commitment to a positive guest experience
- Willingness to learn hospitality operations and grow within the role
