Job Description
Prepare, set up, and present product samples for members. Explain product features and benefits, encourage sales, and provide friendly, high-quality customer service.
Key Duties
- Set up and break down demo stations
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and handling standards
- Manage product inventory at the cart and maintain product availability
- Accurately report demo results
- Engage members in a fast-paced retail environment
- Represent products and the retail experience positively and professionally
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate products clearly and persuasively
- Comfort working in a busy retail/warehouse setting
- Attention to cleanliness, safety, and sanitation requirements
- Reliable inventory awareness and accurate reporting
