Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers to help players and families select appropriate hockey equipment, skates, sticks, and apparel.
- Provide outstanding customer service on the sales floor.
- Operate the POS system and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Support merchandising and maintain product presentation.
- Assist with inventory support and replenishment activities.
- Help with e-commerce order pickups and returns.
- Retail or customer service experience.
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable with POS and cash handling.
- Passion for hockey or sports and a willingness to learn product knowledge.
