Role Description The Sales Consultant role at GenerousAuto is a full-time, on-site position based in Sandy, UT. The Sales Consultant engages with customers on the showroom floor, over the phone, and through digital channels to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles and services. Daily responsibilities include greeting and qualifying customers, presenting vehicle features, conducting test drives, preparing price quotes, and guiding customers through financing and purchase processes. The role also involves maintaining accurate customer records, following up on leads, and supporting customer satisfaction before and after the sale. Sales Consultants are expected to collaborate with colleagues, meet sales targets, and uphold GenerousAuto’s standards for professional conduct and customer care.

• Demonstrated Sales Consulting skills, including identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products.
• Commitment to Customer Satisfaction and strong Customer Service capabilities to support a positive buyer experience.
• Clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with diverse customers and teammates.
• Consulting skills to provide guidance, explain options, and build trust throughout the decision-making process.
• Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Sandy, UT, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Comfort with basic technology and CRM systems for managing leads and customer information.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or sales training is a plus.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, with a professional, customer-focused approach.
