Job Description
Provide resident-first support to older adults and their families by helping them explore retirement living options. Listen to individual needs, explain available community services and levels of care, and guide prospective residents through informed decision-making.
Key Duties Include
- Respond to inquiries and deliver accurate, timely information.
- Arrange and coordinate tours.
- Build trust through empathetic, respectful conversations.
- Collaborate with internal community teams to ensure a seamless, welcoming experience through move-in.
- Maintain strong follow-through to support next steps for prospects.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
- Genuine interest in senior living and related areas such as healthcare or hospitality.
- Compassionate, integrity-driven approach with a focus on quality of life.
