Sales Intern (Commission-Paid, 3 Months, Fully Remote) – Climate Cooperative

Want to gain real sales experience while helping people make a positive impact on the planet?

At Climate Cooperative (https://my.climate-cooperative.com), anyone can plant trees and build a visible, lasting climate impact. We’re now looking for an ambitious sales intern to help us test and grow our consumer (B2C) offering over the next three months.

What you’ll do

- You’ll be one of the first people bringing our product to individual customers. 

- You’ll test different sales approaches, find out what makes people say yes, and share what you learn so we can improve the product and the pitch. 

- You’ll have plenty of room to experiment: social media, your own network, events, partnerships, or ideas we haven’t thought of yet.

How we work

We’re a small, flexible team and we communicate through Discord. If you’d like support, we can help you generate leads. If you’d rather use your own creativity and approach, that’s welcome too. You choose your own hours and work fully remotely.

What we’re looking for

You’re energetic, comfortable starting conversations, and genuinely interested in sustainability. Prior sales experience is a plus but not required. What matters most is initiative, curiosity, and a willingness to try things and learn from the results.

What you get

Commission on every sale you bring in: 10% per sale. You’ll also gain hands-on experience in sales and early-stage product testing, direct contact with the founders, a reference at the end of your internship, and work you can be proud of.
