Music Sales Rep responsible for connecting students, parents, and educators with the right instruments, accessories, and services.

Key Responsibilities

Drive retail sales, rentals, and lessons by providing expert product guidance.
Build and maintain relationships with school music programs.
Deliver outstanding customer service in-store and via phone/email.
Maintain merchandising standards to ensure an engaging, well-organized store.
Process rentals and coordinate/handle instrument repairs.
Meet sales goals and support business growth.
Support and promote events that advance music education.

Qualifications & Skills

Strong knowledge of musical instruments, accessories, and related services (or ability to quickly learn).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
