Job Overview

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator at Accion Labs, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our Marketing Cloud platform. Job Responsibilities

• Manage the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
• Configure and customize Marketing Cloud applications to meet marketing team needs.
• Develop email marketing campaigns, creating targeted customer segments and automating workflows.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights to enhance future campaigns.
• Conduct regular system audits and data quality checks to maintain accurate and clean data.
• Collaborate with IT and marketing teams to integrate Marketing Cloud with other enterprise systems.
• Provide training and support to staff on best practices and new features of Marketing Cloud.
• Stay abreast of updates and new features in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud to leverage capabilities effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation strategies and digital marketing best practices.
• Proficient in SQL, HTML, and CSS; experience with AMPscript is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights from various reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
