Job Overview

As a Salesforce QA Automation Engineer at BairesDev, you will be instrumental in enhancing the quality of our product offerings by implementing rigorous automated testing procedures. Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks for Salesforce applications.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts to validate product functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Identify, document, and track software defects, and collaborate with the development team to address issues.
• Work closely with project managers and software engineers to ensure full understanding of specifications and requirements.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies.
• Monitor and report on the status of test automation efforts, including defect trends and test coverage.
• Execute regression and performance tests to validate updates and new releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer, preferably with Salesforce exposure.
• Strong knowledge of testing automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with Salesforce platform and its various modules.
• Programming proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or relevant scripting languages.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Technologies & Tools
